[Rose is at her flat, looking mussed and perturbed. She flips on the device and considers her words for a moment before she speaks.]

Anyone here take responsibility for a little boy 'bout ten years old or so goes by the name of Huey? He ought to have some proper looking after; running amok in the City grabbin' at girls and being a right creeper. He's too young for that and somebody ought to look after 'em.
