[Yeah, at this point there's more auto-pilot happening than conscious, concerted thought processes. What few of those are taking place are being used to note how wonderful things feel and cataloguing it all away for later. Arching up into it feels like a good time to maybe slide the fabric up her back a little, if only so that he can keep exploring her back without anything restricting it more than is necessary. The bubbling over is good too. Helpful - he knows he's doing things right, can tell she's doing things right, but is only getting that part. Just the low desire, none of the pressure.]
