Anyone here take responsibility for a little boy 'bout ten years old or so goes by the name of Huey? He ought to have some proper looking after; running amok in the City grabbin' at girls and being a right creeper. He's too young for that and somebody ought to look after 'em.

Nobody is exempt from what I can gather. Some people do get lucky and don't get cursed from time to time though...
