That's enough of that, yeah? Plenty to keep me busy this year.

Mmmm good point. Guess I ought to brush up on my universe-crossin' skills.
[And she will actually. In fact, she will likely take advantage of having him here and ask him things that she didn't understand before but went on gut instinct. Next time, she's unlikely to have a TARDIS to help her out.]

You'd better. I don't fancy being lost out anywhere I don't need to be longer than is absolutely necessary. Relying on you to come rescue me.
[Probably benefits her studies having a TARDIS here that can literally talk.]

S'what I do. Rescue the Doctor, y'know. Ought to see 'bout gettin' you one of 'em universal chips. [She dips her head to kiss his shoulder, over his shirt.] Right there. Always be able to find you with some fancy, Rose-only locator.
[So true. She'll have to have discussions with the TARDIS about how to do the Universe crossing without her aid. Last time had been luck, tenacity and that habit humans have of never leaving anything alone that'd led to a crack that Rose turned into a rip because she could and a rip that led to another and another and finally a TARDIS without a Doctor that lead to everything else she did.]

[Which was brilliant and amazing and impossible and something she's not allowed to do again.]

[Because she did it once. She figures it'd work again. Of course she'd need a TARDIS for that as well but if she's ripping apart universes anyway looking for him, might as well. As thorough as she was the first time, it's likely she saw this hypothetical timeline anyway and has already done it. They just won't run into it unless he does get lost.
She won't need to. As long as they stick together. If they don't...well she's making no promises.]

Long as you know the pattern, doesn't have to be obvious. [Although she went a bit overboard with the whole bad wolf thing last time.]
Have you seen it? Since I got lost?
no subject
Not since. Few times in between, I think, but retroactively more than anything else. You did quite a good job graffiting the universe.

Thanks. M'pretty sure that was the point. Didn't want either of us to miss it.

Had to make sure you got the message, yeah? [And then a pause, smile diminishing a bit.]
It was good, yeah? When I came back.

Saw some of the others but I sorta wish I could've seen that one now.

Tell you what, next time you manage it, I'll take a picture.
no subject
Yes. Please. Might only crop up when m'tryin' to find you though. If that's the case, don't want it to crop up.

Guess we got to have priorities. Save the Universe or work on my scrapbook.
Glad I did such a bang up job though.
[Honestly, it was probably done toward the end when the time vortex was burning her up and she had little to no control motivated by one desperate thought: Let the Doctor know. Now that puts a bit of a sad spin on the whole thing.]

Yes. Please. Ought to be able to find a few of 'em at least.
[She really wants to do this now and consciously she's not even sure why it's important to her. Subconsciously though it's sort of reassuring to her that when she's gone something will remain to remind him and the entire universe that she was there and she loved one person enough to affect the entirety of space and time in a concrete way. Kind of her own version of immortality.]
no subject
[It is nice to have that sort of impression, although kind of a pang-y sort of nice, running into reminders all the time. Granted if she's actually there to see them then it's the sort of thing they can have a laugh at.]
no subject
[She's counting on being there. Particularly if her research pans out. She's not entirely sure who she's going to ask about the immortality thing. Vampire has occurred to her. There's got to be some species out there that retain all of the themness when turned and can go out in the daylight
without sparkling. Of course the blood drinking bit would put a damper on their outings for chips and he might not enjoy have to keep a fridge of blood or being a blood bank so...really. Not her best idea.](no subject)
