That's enough of that, yeah? Plenty to keep me busy this year.

[She understands that a little. Probably not to the extent that he feels it. She had never really entertained the idea of going anywhere until he showed up so it's easier for her to get used to the idea that she's going to stay here. She misses traveling immensely, particularly with him. Sometimes she gets restless and needs to do something but it's likely never the way he experiences it.]

Mmmm good point. Guess I ought to brush up on my universe-crossin' skills.

[And she will actually. In fact, she will likely take advantage of having him here and ask him things that she didn't understand before but went on gut instinct. Next time, she's unlikely to have a TARDIS to help her out.]

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-02 09:36 am (UTC)(link)
[If she weren't here right now keeping him occupied and happy and grounded and all manner of everything, he would not look in nearly so good a shape as he does now.]

You'd better. I don't fancy being lost out anywhere I don't need to be longer than is absolutely necessary. Relying on you to come rescue me.

[Probably benefits her studies having a TARDIS here that can literally talk.]

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-02 08:08 pm (UTC)(link)
[Hmmm good point. To some extent, probably not quite as drastic, the same can be said for her. She's only happy here because he's here. In any other circumstance, she would be doing everything in her power and then some to get out of here and back to him. A smile slips over her lips at his words and she nods.]

S'what I do. Rescue the Doctor, y'know. Ought to see 'bout gettin' you one of 'em universal chips. [She dips her head to kiss his shoulder, over his shirt.] Right there. Always be able to find you with some fancy, Rose-only locator.

[So true. She'll have to have discussions with the TARDIS about how to do the Universe crossing without her aid. Last time had been luck, tenacity and that habit humans have of never leaving anything alone that'd led to a crack that Rose turned into a rip because she could and a rip that led to another and another and finally a TARDIS without a Doctor that lead to everything else she did.]

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-02 10:56 pm (UTC)(link)
You want to chip me? [He's honestly not totally sure what to make of this idea, even hypothetically.] I think ringing's worked fairly well in the past.

[Which was brilliant and amazing and impossible and something she's not allowed to do again.]

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 12:39 am (UTC)(link)
[She's teasing really. Though something more subtle and less...pet in nature would be handy.] I'll just scatter graffiti 'cross time and space if you don't answer your phone.

[Because she did it once. She figures it'd work again. Of course she'd need a TARDIS for that as well but if she's ripping apart universes anyway looking for him, might as well. As thorough as she was the first time, it's likely she saw this hypothetical timeline anyway and has already done it. They just won't run into it unless he does get lost.

She won't need to. As long as they stick together. If they don't...well she's making no promises.]

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 03:42 am (UTC)(link)
[Yeah there was a wayward-puppy vibe coming off that suggestion that he didn't know what entirely to do with. It's not necessarily even a bad suggestion, just...] There you are. That's worked once or twice before. Definitely a trend. Who says anything about needing three to be a pattern.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
[It's a brilliant suggestion, if they can just come up with some sort of palatable solution.]

Long as you know the pattern, doesn't have to be obvious. [Although she went a bit overboard with the whole bad wolf thing last time.]

Have you seen it? Since I got lost?

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 05:50 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly. I'm good with patterns and puzzles anyway.

Not since. Few times in between, I think, but retroactively more than anything else. You did quite a good job graffiting the universe.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 06:22 am (UTC)(link)
[This makes her incredibly happy and she beams a smile at him. She may not be impressed with what she did but she is fantastically pleased with herself.]

Thanks. M'pretty sure that was the point. Didn't want either of us to miss it.

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 07:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Bit more subtle the first time. The return was unmistakable though. You even changed all the words on the TARDIS.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 09:16 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh she likes that and he gets a huge smile because of it.]

Had to make sure you got the message, yeah? [And then a pause, smile diminishing a bit.]

It was good, yeah? When I came back.

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 10:03 pm (UTC)(link)
[Slight frown of confusion.] Why would it not have been? Even Donna knew it was a good thing.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Weeell, it sorta preceded the whole bit with Daleks and the might've been end of the Universe.

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 11:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh. Well, yeah. Aside from all that stuff though, yeah it was totally a good thing.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-03 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
[She giggles because it's funny 'aside from the world nearly ending, it was good'.]

Saw some of the others but I sorta wish I could've seen that one now.

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 12:17 am (UTC)(link)
[He totally has priorities, idk.]

Tell you what, next time you manage it, I'll take a picture.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 02:07 am (UTC)(link)
[No way she's arguing with those priorities. Her coming back can always take precedent over everything.]

Yes. Please. Might only crop up when m'tryin' to find you though. If that's the case, don't want it to crop up.

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 03:04 am (UTC)(link)
It seems to show up in force when you're looking for me or the universe is ending, so I'm not totally sold on being that keen to see it again either. She's quite textless at the moment anyway, I think.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 03:31 am (UTC)(link)
Should have left you a message the first time.

Bad Wolf--Take Pictures

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 04:03 am (UTC)(link)
I feel like that might have been very distracting from the part of things where I had to save the universe again. You've got to get an angle that shows off as many Bad Wolves as you can and then make sure there aren't people standing in the way - and it was a crowded marketplace - and all manner of creative aspects to consider.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
[She sighs dramatically then.]

Guess we got to have priorities. Save the Universe or work on my scrapbook.

Glad I did such a bang up job though.

[Honestly, it was probably done toward the end when the time vortex was burning her up and she had little to no control motivated by one desperate thought: Let the Doctor know. Now that puts a bit of a sad spin on the whole thing.]

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
F'you want, we can go around looking for as many Bad Wolf signs as we can find and snap pictures of them whenever we get out of here? [Nonchalant/hopeful.] You were very thorough I'll give you that.

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh the biggest of smiles, definitely not nonchalant and entirely approving.]

Yes. Please. Ought to be able to find a few of 'em at least.

[She really wants to do this now and consciously she's not even sure why it's important to her. Subconsciously though it's sort of reassuring to her that when she's gone something will remain to remind him and the entire universe that she was there and she loved one person enough to affect the entirety of space and time in a concrete way. Kind of her own version of immortality.]

[identity profile] am-i-being-rude.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 07:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, I should say. Though there is that thing about not being able to find things when you're actually looking for them. ...Which mentioning ahead of time is nearly as bad as 'at least it can't get any worse', and something I regret mentioning.

[It is nice to have that sort of impression, although kind of a pang-y sort of nice, running into reminders all the time. Granted if she's actually there to see them then it's the sort of thing they can have a laugh at.]

[identity profile] iam-thebadwolf.livejournal.com 2012-01-04 08:38 pm (UTC)(link)
We've got a lotta time to look. Ought to be able to outsmart that thing.

[She's counting on being there. Particularly if her research pans out. She's not entirely sure who she's going to ask about the immortality thing. Vampire has occurred to her. There's got to be some species out there that retain all of the themness when turned and can go out in the daylight without sparkling. Of course the blood drinking bit would put a damper on their outings for chips and he might not enjoy have to keep a fridge of blood or being a blood bank so...really. Not her best idea.]
